Aditi has developed key policies that are informed by a strong ethos of mutual respect, well being, and caring among students, parents and staff. These policies provide sound frameworks that ensure our strict compliance with relevant legal and government mandates for safety. The policies are shared with students, staff and parents through regular workshops and classroom discussions. The school has also appointed committees to ensure that policy guidelines are adhered to and kept updated through regular reviews.

The school is fully compliant with the above act and has an Internal Complaints Committee to investigate and redress complaints of sexual harassment.
