Prof L. Prasad - Professor of Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources Management at IIM, Bangalore. Dr. Prasad has more than 25 years experience in the USA and India. Dr. Shekhar Sheshadri – Professor, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, NIMHANS, Bangalore. His areas of research interest are Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Adolescent Mental Health) Therapy and Therapy Training, Gender, Sexuality, Sexual Abuse, Difficult Populations like Street Children, Qualitative Research and Experimental Methodology. Sheshadri encourages teachers to build on Life Skills Education within the curriculum, believing that it does encourage a resilience skill set in the child.

Ramachandra Guha – Padmabhushan awardee, eminent author and historian, Guha has taught at various universities in India, Europe and North America, including Berkeley, Yale and Stanford.

Manav Subodh – Manav Subodh joined Intel Corporation in 2004. Today he heads Corporate Affairs for Intel in south and west India with an objective to:

- Deliver on a policy agenda that furthers Intel’s business goals
- Drive strategic K-12 education and community programs
- Drive Intel’s Technology entrepreneurship programs globally. Create partnership models with local government, US universities and multilateral agencies.

In education, Manav works with various schools, governments, multilaterals and NGO’s to drive education transformation in the country using ICT. He has also lead Intel’s higher education programs with an objective to foster academia and government linkages in technology areas of strategic importance to the IT industry. He has a total of 15+ years of experience in the IT and Telecom sector.

Dr. Rukmini Banerji – Director, Programs and senior member of Pratham’s national leadership team. Pratham is a large-scale initiative in which citizen’s partner with government for the universalization of primary education. Pratham launched the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) in 2005. Rukmini has been in the core team of ASER since inception and today is director of the newly established ASER Centre.

He is responsible for helping governments create a sustained education transformation environment required for the success of 21st century learners. To ensure systemic integration, he is also involved in helping various governments in framing appropriate ICT integration in Education strategies and policies. Ashok Mandanna - graduate of the National School of Drama, New Delhi and the Webber Douglas Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, London has worked in the fields of film and theatre for almost thirty five years. He has directed productions for several schools and has conducted a number of theatre workshops.

Priya Dhingra - Priya Dhingra is a Chartered Educational Psychologist, with a Local Education Authority (LEA) in London. She currently works as a consultant psychologist for Dyslexia Action and Lyn Fry Associates. Priya works along with families and schools/further education colleges to plan intervention programmes for children with emotional, academic and behavioural difficulties. She also has experience of delivering staff training to teachers and support staff in schools and Early Years settings. Priya has created and designed a service handbook on ‘Circle of Friends’, which is an inclusion tool for children who find it difficult to make friends in schools. She is pursuing her doctoral studies in Educational Psychology at University College London, University of London.

Ashish Rajpal – CEO, IDiscoveri. Ashish is a co-founder and the CEO of iDiscoveri Education. Ashish quit an international corporate career to work in education. Apart from managing iDiscoveri’s growing organization, he creates and facilitates programmes on teacher development, leadership and organization culture. A former student of Howard Gardener, his areas of interest include “doing classrooms”, self-esteem of children and non- authoritarian leadership.

Geetha Narayanan - Geetha Narayanan is Principal Investigator of the Project Vision Design and Research Collective, at the Centre for Education, Research, Training and Development, Srishti School of Art Design and Technology Bangalore. An educational entrepreneur, research scholar and teacher Geetha’s work traverses terrains as different and diverse as design, telematics, pedagogy and social change. Her current work and research interest lies at the intersection of technology, learning and transformation – both personal and social.

Sathish Jayarajan - Sathish has twenty two years of experience as a teacher of Political Science, in addition to History and Economics. He is also Aditi’s College Advisor and, since 2003, the school’s Principal. He has been a visiting faculty member at the Asian College of Journalism (now the Asian Media Institute) and the Srishti School of Art Design and Technology. An active member of the community of ICSE schools in Bangalore, he is currently ICSE Convener for Bangalore North.

Tara Kini - As an independent Consultant in Education and Music, Tara Kini is currently consulting with eight reputed educational institutions in India, in the area of teacher professional development and curriculum development. Tara was Head, Teacher Education, in the Centre for Education, Research, Training and Development (CERTAD), Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology. She taught physics and music in Mallya Aditi International School for 20 years and was the Administrator for 2 years. She has an MSc in Agricultural Physics from IARI, New Delhi, an MA (with distinction) in Education from Oxford Brookes University, UK and a BA in Hindustani classical music.

Maya Menon - Maya Menon is Founder Director of The Teacher Foundation, Bangalore (TTF), an organisation that provides a wide range of professional development opportunities and experiences for teachers, headteachers and school administrators.
Maya has spent 3 decades in school education in varied capacities beginning as a teacher, and moving on to school management, teacher training and conceptualising and designing training programmes.
She graduated from Delhi University and has an MBA (Educational Management) with distinction from University of Leicester, UK. She is also an Accredited Trainer for Jenny Mosley Consultancies, UK for Whole School Quality Circle Time and Master Trainer for the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers, of the University of Cambridge International Examinations.

Manish Sabharwal - Chairman and Co-founder, Teamlease Services. Manish is currently the Chairman and co-founder of Teamlease Services, India’s largest temporary staffing firm. The four year old firm now has over 80,000 employees in 870 cities locations across India. Manish serves on the Prime Ministers Council for Skill Development and was a member of the Planning Commission steering committee on labor and employment for the Eleventh five year plan

Neena David - Neena David currently heads the Counseling Services at Mallya Aditi International School. A clinical psychologist by training, she has been instrumental in setting up processes for the school’s mental health programme, Learning Support Services. Neena serves on the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologist’s national task force on Learning Disabilities and is presently involved with providing research based, culturally relevant recommendations for assessment and intervention procedures for children identified with Learning Disabilities across India. Her ongoing doctoral studies in the area of school mental health from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai stem from her professional experience in school contexts and research interests with issues of inclusion and teacher perspectives.
