We at Mallya Aditi International School, Bangalore were proud to celebrate 25 years of excellence in education.
As the flagship event to commemorate this special occasion, we had organized an Education Conference based on the theme The Evolving School: Connections & Resilience in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore from the 4th to 6th of December, 2009.
THE IDEA
The idea of the conference came out of reflections of our own journey. Twenty five years ago, a small committed set of teachers bravely ventured out to question the value and relevance of what was being offered as education in the lives of their children. They chose to question, innovate, involve and research. Today Aditi is ranked first among International schools for its attention to individual students, the teaching competence of its faculty and for extra-curricular activities (Education World, September 2008). It has been recognized by the Cambridge International Examinations as one of the 25 Fellowship Centers of Excellence in the world.
