Teachers are the school’s most valuable resource. Aditi places a high degree of emphasis on teacher training and development. A substantial amount of time every academic year is devoted to new teacher induction as well in-service training, reflection and review of current practice. Professional development programs and workshops are conducted by teacher trainers from reputed organizations such as Oxford Brookes University, Intel and the Centre for Educational Research, Training and Development (CERTAD). Dedicated time is also made available to teachers every week, to meet, plan and prepare. The school also offers teachers opportunities to pursue formal degrees in education in institutions in India and abroad. Never resting on its laurels, Aditi strives constantly to be a community of educators who are also life-long learners.
