Outside Campus

We often conduct ‘classrooms without walls’ during some school days. Students are taken on field trips, hikes, nature walks and treks to discuss and learn about environmental, geographical or any other issues and topics that are of relevance and interest. For example, during a trip to the Bush Betta forest reserve, students practiced map-making skills, learned the importance of co-operation and teamwork and discussed the conflict between man and animals, all through innovative games and activities.

The students gained a deep insight into the complexity of sketching and a range of spatial concepts. The level of engagement was incredibly high.
